+ great small surf machine
+ addon apps are great
+ 3G/WLAN switch great

- old iPod stuff does not work (chargers, docks etc)
- no consistent T9 in SMS
- not easy to change SMS language
- camera pretty bad quality
- no video recording
- don't like the way T9 works in apps like Skype
- slow contacts search
- non-worrking Google contacts sync
- stock app: hard to find the right stock, should show full names, limit per exchange etc
- no web gui to edit notes, contacts etc.

Summary:
great surf machine, mediocre phone.
